October 2024 Update

It’s been many months since my last update, and I’ve stepped away from Manifest HERstory during that time for various reasons—one of the biggest being imposter syndrome. I felt disconnected from the space I had built, unsure of my own voice and place in the community.

But recent events have shaken me awake. As we head into a critical election, I’ve realized that half of the country is willing to look the other way when it comes to sexual assault, choosing to vote for Donald Trump. This isn’t about where your political beliefs lie—this is about standing against harm, supporting survivors, and demanding accountability. This stark reality has reminded me of the importance of speaking out—for survivors, for justice, and for the truth.

I look forward to diving back into conversations about challenging and rewriting our limiting beliefs, and how to put more intention into our thoughts. When we align those thoughts with emotions, we create the lives we deserve. We’ve suffered enough. We have nothing to feel ashamed of—and we deserve everything we desire!
